| Title: | open_eGo and the Open Energy Platform |
There is a big community of energy modelers following the spirit for open source development. Whilst the benefits of publicly available source code become more and more known and happily accepted, open licensed data is still rare or - if present - of low quality and accessibility. This impacts the reproducibility of scientific results. In this talk I will present an open database concept that was developed in open_eGo and the Open Energy Platform that is not only a front-end for above mentioned database but also a hub for the open energy community.
